Job Description:
As a Product Intern, you’ll work at the heart of our product team, collaborating with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success to drive features and improvements across the platform. You’ll gain hands-on experience in product thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and agile development processes—all while contributing to a product that is changing how procurement gets done.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work with the product manager to document product requirements, user stories, and workflows
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams during feature development and testing
- Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitor benchmarking
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), QA, and release readiness
- Help create product documentation, onboarding guides, and release notes
- Analyze customer feedback, product usage data, and feature performance
- Assist sales and marketing with product enablement content and demos
- Track project progress using tools like Jira, Notion, and Confluence.
Requirements:
- Engineering graduate or MBA with a specialization in Systems/IT/Technology.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Passionate about product development and enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
